  10. Minixfs pl7 should be on atari.archive and ftp.uni-muenster.de by now. Main
  11. changes are protection that should work with all sector sizes, cure for ICD
  12. bug (hopefully) and Dcntl versions of FTRUNCATE/FUTIME (though largely untested).
  13. Binaries also sent out and my port of the Linux defragger.
